May Workout Jams
As I'm still at high risk of re-fracturing my hip and am struggling with some pretty awful shin splints, I have been limiting my distance and speed (reluctantly). Instead, I've been focusing on spin classes, weight lifting and body-weight strength exercises. This change has shifted my workout music taste a bit - slower beats, more "intense" music.
